Special Features - Drainage

Traditional Paving Ltd implement very effective surface water draining systems with the pattern imprinted paving solutions.

In order that the levels on the lowest part of the property remain fairly flat, the usual method of drainage, when necessary are ACO drains for whatever length is needed (see picture below left) this is very effective for garden drainage and other surface water drainage requirements and adds a professional neat finish to the installation.

Manhole Covers

Special Features - Manhole Covers

Traditional Paving Ltd's manhole covers are usually the recess tray type, which are fairly good at disguising the existence of the manhole and drainage system in the imprinted concrete paving.

The Normal size is 600mm x 450mm However the covers are also available in 900mm x 900mm and 300mm x 300mm.

Usually they take up to 5 Tonnes, however 10 Tonne covers are available.

Although an additional cost these recess manhole covers are so much nicer than a nasty lump of metal in the concrete. The recess trays are filled with concrete, coloured and print as the rest of the job, they are easily lifted for future inspection.
