THE VERTICAL OVERLAY PROCESS

Decorative concrete stamping serves to be the perfect canvas to create an exact replica of the other expensive materials with improved functionality and better durability at the same time. Not only for your walls and floors, you can use stamped concrete for your driveways, pool decks, patios, porches and more. You will benefit from the flexibility and durability of stamped concrete overlay while maintaining a natural and artistic look as in the more expensive materials.

CONSTRUCTION

Flex-c-ment is predominantly used to reface and transform existing walls and buildings. However as in this case, we can offer a full design and Build package.

THE SCRATCH COAT

We apply a 1/8" scratch coat to the existing surface.

PRINTING THE PATTERN

We apply a second coat and stamp the pattern onto the surface. We have many pre-prepared patterns, but we can also customize a pattern just for you.

HAND CARVING THE PATTERN

After the application of the print, Our trained team using a high degree of creativity and a little judicious hand carving are able to recreate any surface - including natural stone, brick, exotic rock, slate, granite, sandstone - in almost any style, from the rough and rustic to the slick and modern. The effects are utterly realistic.

THE COLOURING PROCESS

To complement our wide range of wall patterns, Patterned Concrete use concrete colouring pigments to provide you with a very personal customised project.
